I looked in the gm performance catalog last night and apparently they already have the Z/28 rear spoiler for sale. I'll try and find a link and post it.

The Z28 spoiler and extension might be the following part numbers.
22946170 & 22946171 They are listed as 2014 only but currently discontinued. I've seen parts listed as discontinued before they have been available before. Keep an eye on these. -Greg
