I would wait if they would guarantee me that it would be here before the end of November when the $500 or 60 day promotion ends. I wouldn't risk the car being delayed and missing out on that promo for some reason.

Waiting is part of the fun, but not if we have to start all over again.

So did you locate a car?

I would have to say that paying 500 would be tempting but right now we live in the country on a HORRIBLE dirty bumpy road and will be moving probably within the next 30 days to town so I would have to say that we would probably wait to protect our car from being driven on such a bad road.

I should have bought a lotto ticket today!

My wife found her car here in town.
Had everything but the stripes.
I paid the 500 over msrp. + got the discount. I know, I know.
and just ordered the stripes.

I hope you guys love yours as much as I love ours already. I've only got 15 miles on so far but WOW.

A totally solid car!

P.S. I will still be watching you guys.

I am a little bummed that I didn't stay on the Roller Coaster longer. Its a fun ride.

We haven't heard a thing from our salesperson since we placed the order, and then made him fax us a copy of the order to get the order#....It's been almost a month now. Also, a bit strange that he isn't contacting us since we never put a deposit down on the car. You would think he would want to make sure we really want this car, and keep us interested at least.

Same here!!! My salesman doesnt know anything I was the one providing all the info when I went to place my order. He doesnt update me unless I send him a request for an update...and u know what he told one time i asked him for an update? he said i dont have a magic wand that i can use to move ur order in front of everyone else who ordered from us. I was like WTF thats not what i asked u. i only wanted to know if i had moved up to 2000 or not. But I guess its just my salesman, I like the dealership though.

Steve told me tonight that our salesman is actually the "Sales Manager".....

I would love to call him and just let him know that we know he's just blowing smoke up our a$$, but I guess as long as everything is on-track as far as I can tell I don't want to ruin the relationship and risk the final outcome.
