Excellent, that's great news. I'd definitely like to get these as soon as possible. I didn't want to go but some vibrant cats if I can get these soon. Thanks man. Please keep me updated if possible. I sure hope its January though, as these are needed.

I plan on getting TSP LT's, debating to get the HFC's or go with off road pipes. I will be NA for another year or so but intend on getting boosted (ECS / 550WHPish). With that I'd rather to just get it right the first time rather than "waste" $200 on CATs that will need to be removed.
Is this a sure fire problem for anyone running FI? I'd rather run HF's for sound & emission issues but I don't wanna jeopardize the "health" of my car.

Vibrant cats failed will try to post pics soon. Went to a track rental last week and pulled them off to run off road pipes and found left side was melting and coming apart. Right side appears perfect.

What the hell!!! That's ridiculous and I hope you contact them. So much for their "high performance and for boost ready applications". Psh, what a damn shame. That was our only current solution, and for the money, those vibrant cats should not be failing. I hope you get your money back.

Are you guys saying I should take my cats off??? I have SLP headers and cats. I'm not really worried about noise so if they need to come off I don't care. I just want to know if it is better to take them off.

I avoid all of this hoopla by never running cats on my performance cars anyway.

SLP Headers and Cats. Will have to check them and see what's up. Not sure how hard they are to pull out.

Any way to avoid the raspyness of a CAT-less exhaust or is it not that significant of a difference?

Running these car catless doesn't really make then sound raspy at all. After I removed my cats I barely noticed any change in sound.
