Help IDing '69 Camaro?

Here she is...
Notice the ultra-rare 2nd generation Camaro side mirrors!

Here's the tag, what does it mean?

And the heart of the beast, the engine. What kind is it?

Thanks for all of the help.

So it's a Le Mans Blue 1969 Camaro with a black interior built in Norwood, Ohio. The car is also a base Camaro. What does "TR-11" mean? Also, it's an X-44 not X-66 right? It says X-44 in the bottom right corner. Also, I noticed it had a rear spoiler and second-gen mirrors. I know the mirrors are not original, but is the spoiler?

X44 is a base car.

You will need the codes off the engine to ID that.

TR 711 = TRim black standard

X44 codes included L26 230ci/130HP and L22 250ci/155HP 6-cylinder engine cars, as well as models equipped with the LF7 327ci/210HP, L14 307ci/200HP, L65 350ci/250HP, or LM1 350ci/255HP engines.

These codes were an aid for Fisher body assembly workers to identify body trim and paint changes required for different Camaro models.

P.S. The body by Fisher means the body was built at the Fisher Body plant in Flint, Michigan. It has been torn down for at least 2O plus years. It's where the original auto workers "sit downers" strike occurred which later born the UAW.
