thanks rol! i have seen those pics before, but are those the exact same gfx as the production ones? the rear looks different...better! hopefully, it's b/c it's all black, which is what i plan to do.

after seeing the actual production pics in this thread, i've been doubting my decision on adding gfx, but i'm got a very narrow window now to change my mind and delete them from the order.

i guess i could always sell them, either back to the dealership or elsewhere, if i don't like them.

They look great...thank you for posting them!

Did you happen to get any direct rear shots of the gfx?

Thanks for coming down, turtle -- always great to see you!
always great to see you, too, Scott... and it was cool riding in the back of the 5th gen... looking forward to having Lou out there this evening guarding the car and posing for pictures

Ground effects definitely need to be painted same color as the body. You could get away with the lip though.

I think these 3 cars are the pre-production ones currently floating around Texas for the sales training. I saw them on Tuesday at the Marriott WestChase in Houston. They are almost exactly identical to the production ones now being built. I loved the IOM with the IOM insert package. What I loved about the Silver LT1 is that you actually have to step up to it and take an inventory of the car to see which trim level it is, driving down the road and gettng a quick look at it you really could mistake it for a SS (well except for the serious motorheads in this forum, of course)
