clutch fluid?

Hey Guy's The master cylinder in my 2010 Corvette just gave out, only 2200 miles on it , maybe from the lack of use. Just removed the old one, will replace it as soon as I get a new one. It all made me wonder about my Camaro, it's a 2011 pace car which also gets very little duty...I looked under the hood to find the reservoir and nothing, from looking for an answer here it looks like it shares fluid with the brakes, thinking of sucking out as much fluid as I can and refilling it, is this what I should be doing?

Thanks,
Heff

Here you go. I do this every oil change, 2500 miles plus of minus. I use Motul 600 btw.

So I'm right that the camaro's master clutch cylinder shares the same fluid reservoir as the brakes?

You are correct. many install a separate reservoir for the clutch.
Lots of threads about this.

Are you sure the master failed and not the slave like mine just did?
Brake fluid coming out of the bellhousing is a failed slave.

For sure the master, just replace it and all is well. Thanks for the reply.
