cross brace removal when supercharged

i have a 2012 ls 3 convertiable 6 speed with cold air ,long tube headers and mgw short throw shifter. if i add a tvs 2300 supercharger will i have to remove the tower brace permanetly

Nope. You should have enough clearance. You'll know more when you put it back on though. It's only three bolts on each side.

Nope, mine fit. See below or my garage.

Didn't even have to pull the cross brace for the SLP (new style) install since the SC is bolted onto the mani/he after that is in place.
