The optima is little smaller than the stock battery

It fits just neede to use some of the optima pieces to make it sit correctly

with the battery I got ot came covers and adapters....like in this

Do you know which model or number you have the model of that 78 above is a side mount only not a post mount?

No do know the model number...car on the lift so I cannot check it.

They come with plate it is on the top

Long time Optima battery user here. One sure thing that kills them is non use with a slow drain. If you don't use your car much be sure to keep a AGM rated trickle charger on it if it sits much. Otherwise it has a good chance of not taking a recharge at all. If it does go dead there is a special process to recharge them that require another Optima in parallel while charging. Even then you might be out of luck.
Keep them charged and they last for quite a few years.
