TIRES

I've been hearing so much about the stock tires only lasting about 10,000 miles. I have had mine know for 15,000 miles and they still have a lot of tread left is this unusual for these tires. I am not complaining just wondering, and of course I have not dried any burnouts either.

Its mainly about your personal driving habits, be nice to your tires and the'll be nice to you.

at about 11k and plenty of tread. Have done a burnout or two, ok maybe 3. With that Is anyone considering when its time to replace to put the same size on fronts and rears so they can be rotated? Is this possible?

Almost 18k on mine and my tread is still ok. I'd say I have another 2-3k in them and then I will be ordering my Invos.

The front and rear rims are different widths on the 20's, so rotation is not an option.

That pretty much tells me that the average tread life is probably closer to 20,000 miles or more not 10,000 miles. Thanks everyone for your post.
