What price?

I have a 2012 2SS RS that is mostly stock except for a cold air intake and duck bill/tail spoiler. Color is Silver Ice Metallic with black stripes and is an automatic. What differentiates this from being just another plain old Camaro is that it only has 6500 miles on it. Still smells new inside. Never been wrecked and looks new. Thinking of selling when the snow melts but really have no idea on how to price it.

Id guess somewhere in the $20K-$23K range for private sale, and $18K+ if you traded... The more expensive the vehicle you get the bette the trade offer will be

It's just another plain old Camaro SS with low miles on it. Now, if you had just 6 miles on it, you might have something. However, it's not a collector car and they made way too many of them.

As for your low miles, I have nearly half that at 3.4K miles.

Having a Camaro with low miles helps the next guy, not a huge financial increase for you. Private $22K ballpark and $19K trade. That ‘polar vortex’ in Minn forcing you in a truck?

Probably $21k private party. It's all a matter of supply, demand, and similar vehicles for sale. Low mileage Camaro SS are all over the place and every Camaro is "special" for one reason or another. Special color, options, special edition, low mileage, etc...when it comes down to actually selling it it's still going for KBB.

Polar Vortex is certainly a consideration!!!!! I have a Lincoln MKC as a daily driver for winter stuff. Camaro has never seen rain or snow. We also have a Fusion and a motorhome in the family. Trying to keep them all waxed and pretty is becoming a chore. When I purchase the Camaro I really wanted a C7 Corvette but could not swing it financially. Had to settle for the Camaro but still can't suppress my desire for the Corvette. Looked at the 2014 when they first came out. Could not test drive at the time cause of all the snow but just sat in it in the showroom going "wow". So right now I am sitting here writing this and it is -10 degrees. Totally confused as to what to do. You guys in the south have it made!

Look at kbb or nada trade in values.
Also depends on how bad a dealer wants you to buy another car. Ma

I must be in the minority. I find a nice low mileage well kept SS to be more desireable than somebody’s 30k + mile vehicle. I would expect it to command a bit of a premium over some modded out higher mileage vehicle that may or may not have been ran hard

I wasn't comparing SS to V6 prices. $8k-$10k more than an equivalent V6 model just like when they were new.

That's not the point though. There are more SS's with low miles than V6's.

Or course it's better. They were more money when brand new. Just like how the ZL1 and Z28 can get more money used. You "SS" guys crack me up.
