Materials are ready to go. Measurements have been made. But I have baseball practice and a graduation thing so I'll be doing more tonight!

Would you all prefer the stitching to be on top to be visible? Or on bottom of the hand brake?

lets see a prototype! for stitching, the thread size and pattern is what is most important, fabric dye pens can over the rest. buy some plain fabric and practice. you could do several prototypes with Walmart fabric before playing with genuine leather or suede

Already got leather and thread. Black leather, upholstery thread. Just need to figure out how to cut it to make it look best, not sure if stitching on top and bottom, or just stitching on top, or just on bottom. No one seems to be interested though.

Put out a prototype first. Then maybe you'll get more interest.

Glad I saw your thread - I already ordered a leather handbrake boot off ebay and was looking for a leather handbrake cover to match it. I would be interested in black leather with stone stitching. Make the stitching look like the one in this thread: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=35425.
What price are you considering? You'll need to post pics before anyone is going to buy one, I think.

Not sure about pricing yet. Depends how long it takes me to make it.
Also the fabric store didn't have stone stitching, just white or dark grey. So I got white so it could be dyed to whatever color everyone wants.
