yeah, i've been wanting to do it for a while

in the next week or so, i'm going to get a CAI and a Vmax throttle body as well... and let Ted tune it for me... love my tune now, but with more mods, I put a little more trust in him

IMO, half the fun of owning a V8 Camaro is having headers on it, I know its not for everyone, but it is for me... when you hear a Camaro or Mustang with headers, it doesn't matter how fast the person is going, the exhaust note is enough to let everyone know: that car sounds mean

my catback will be here tomorrow, headers still haven't shipped... ordered the headers from Marylandspeed(supporting vendor)... got the catback from Jegs, ONLY because I had a discount code and got it for less than $400 shipped... no one else could come within $100 of that with the discount, i'm all for supporting the sponsors of this site, but I can't pass up a good deal either

Marylandspeed was the cheapest on the headers that I had found

all together it was less than $1100, which for a full exhaust from headers to tips, isn't bad at all IMO

a lot of people seem to think that Doug Thorley headers are chinese made... they are not, DOUG'S headers are the chinese knockoffs, and they even have the Tri-style like Doug Thorley does... Doug Thorley headers are still produced in Corona, California

to some people not buying Chinese headers probably isn't important, for a Union guy like me(Internation Brotherhood of Electrical Workers), i'm still proud to support American made products, the UAW, and CAW

earn it in America, spend it in America
