I didn't even know there were rain guards for the 5th gen Camaro. I think they look terrible on just about any vehicle. Yes, they have some function but they look like the stick-on crap you find at local auto parts stores and auto "accessories" catalogs.

I had some on my S-10 back in the day, no AC and manual windows. They made a difference when it sat in the sun. I don't know that I like that they mount to the paint on the Camaro, but if you like them go for it.
Like mentioned above, Vent Shade is the big maker of such things and I would be any authorised Vent Shade dealer could get them. |

I personally wouldn't put them on my car, but I can understand where you're coming from and why you would want them. Your car, your mods...that plain and simple. Mod your car to what you want, not what anyone else says with their opinions. And as for where to find some, that I wouldn't have the foggiest idea. But goggle is usually very helpful in this department. Good luck

The reason I thought these weren't available for Camaro's is because when you roll the window down on a Camaro and open the door, there is NO frame on the door where the window goes into. The window actually goes up into the frame of the car (so to speak). So I guess these "Deflectors" just stick out a little and must clear the window so you can open the door...obviously...which lends me to believe that if it's the slightest bit windy out, rain can still get in through the cracked window.
I had the "In Channel" kind, that don't go on with tape in my Monte Carlo (which had window frames in the doors) and they NEVER let any rain get in. I just don't know if I would trust it due to the way the Camaro's doors are designed. Same thing for a Corvette as well.

Got them on my Tahoe and they look great I think. Wouldn't dream of putting them on a Camaro.

I don't think those stick-on guards will stay on at 185 mph, so why have them?
You never know when you're gonna need to go 185. ;^)
