the caps on the end are for exhaust gas temperature. Helps in tuning.

I'm sure they're beating on them hard in the heat to make sure they have the tune right. ;-)

I'm not a red guy normally but I think it looks tougher in Red.

Thanks Melissa! I was hoping that they would be using the SP550's on the final production car but I guess that is not going to happen. Hopefully it will be be a nice design to go with the rest of the car. Did Troy get any pictures of the rear tire or does he remember what size they were? The largest tire listed on the Pirelli site is a 305/35-20 for this type of tire.

All the automakers do this now. It's a cheap, easy way to get free publicity. Ain't teh internet great!

Interesting that they are using the ABM color for the test mule.. Man I hope they don't come out with the ABM Z, I would trade my 2LT for that in a heartbeat.

awesome looking calipers, hopefully they'll be a direct swap to the SS like the SS calipers are a direct swap to the V6's

^ only the front calipers are different. which are 6pot brembos exactly like the cts-v has. pedders did a swap awhile back and it worked.

This has probably been asked a million times before, but what's up with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway? Why didn't they just use full body camo?

Might be hard to run away from the z28 you would need some serious get up haha

I just hope that gm irons out all of the little annoying things (such as the low passenger seat) for the z28, that and that the car beats the GT500 around the ring

Also i think the calipers would look alot better painted, IMHO

I've ridden in my dad's camaro several times and I don't think there's a problem with the seat. . .

and the GT500 around the ring. yea where's this gt500 that's lapped the ring? I've googled it and can't seem to find it. . .so someone with this info please let me in on it.
