I've also read in another thread a lot of people complaining about these tires getting "flat spots" in cold weather and parked over night. Making for a pretty rough ride for a couple of miles until they warm up and "round" out. |

Snow tires on
I don't think they look that bad.

I'm almost at 700 miles!
Coldpants - I know you put snow tires on, but, are you really planning on driving that custom in the snow? Or is it mostly in case you get stuck at work and need to get home? |

I will drive up to 3 or 4 inches then switch to the buick. I work up the block so I never have to drive far if I don't want to.

Looks good Cold.. I think this winter I won't be driving her but next year I will invest in some all seasons and rims and only use my PZero's for the summer months.

Okay... so I had heard all these problems with the L99 not even spinning the tires with traction control off and stabilitrack off. The fix was a fuse pull. (#5 & #20). Still yet, after the fuse pull, some still wouldn't spin the tires.
So, today, I took traction control off and stabilitrack off. I still don't want to get on it full throttle, (only 700 miles). I took a slight rolling start, 3/4 throttle and the tires broke loose like no other. Wow. It was about 55 degrees and 98% humidity. Man, I love this car! |

Anyone know how/ if you can save a thread. I was looking back to when we were all waiting and all the emotion and madness of that time and thought it would be nice to keep that with the car.

I know this has been beaten up on this site over and over, but be careful putting exhaust on and other mods. If you need warranty work and they need some thing to viod your warranty, that exhaust will do it. I was going to do a "muffler delete" on mine and decided against it due to voiding warranty. If you must use the damd "GMPP" up grade, thats my route any how....for now. Just throwing it out there. ps.......are these cars bad ass, or what?
