Finally mated my Ram Air hood to my CAI intake

So after many months I finally got around to removing the plexiglass top from my CAI intake and placing a seal around it to seal it to the opening of my MPD1 Ram Air Hood. Sorry but after all this time I still don't know how to reduce the pic sizes

The powder was used to make sure the seal was making solid contact with the hood which it is

If you put your ear by the Ram opening of the hood you can hear the air being sucked in.....pretty

Just got back from first quick outing and the very un-scientific butt dyno says "Oh Hell Yeah!"......deffinately more responsive, stronger and smoother acceleration. The Engine seems to love it as much as my butt. Should of got off my lazy arse and done this months ago. I did notice an improvement over stock when I first installed the intake but this is WAY more of a noticeable improvement. I know a lot of people don't care for Butt dyno reviews preferring hard data log and Dyno numbers but, my butt is happier in this car now and that's all that matters Thank you GM for one BITCHIN' ride!

Waiting to see if my vacation request is approved....if so...I'm There! I'm holding off on making reservations till I know. Hope I'll still be able to get a room.

Is that painted on or a vinyl wrap type thing? Looks awesome regardless.

Painted on by Mike at Louder Than Life. Same guys that did Mindz car, Blue Rush. The flames are actually yellow with candy apple clear over them that has lightened up some as expected so now depending on how the light hits it the flame goes from red to yellow. I love it.
