How much when I drive my car I have someone ask "Is that the new Camaro?". I mean..I am not an ass...and I try not to be smart...but this one is just so tempting.

I mean what else could it be? It's big, looks unmistakably like a Camaro and even says Camaro on the side.

Once I want to say..."Well it was new when I bought it back in 1969...".

it doesn't bother me at all when someone asks about my car.there are alot of people that don't know about it.i think they are just being friendly and want to ask about it.what seems like a dumb question to you,is not to the person that is asking it.

I don't mind being asked about the car at all...I will talk about it all day long. The whole "Is that the new Camaro?" thing is what sounds strange. I mean...I have never seen someone say "Is that a new Corvette?" or is "Is that a new Mustang?".

lol... i tend to think people only ask that because they want to ease into the conversation, whether they KNOW it is or not. Kinda like "is that a new hair cut?", "are those new shoes?" etc lol.

Its like people ask me IF it has the big engine? I have the "SS" emblem in the center of the grill and the rear, white stripes over orange and an axelback exhaust, I want to say. NO its a 4 cylinder. But I just say, YES, it has 448HP.

I had a lady *in* a Challenger ask me at a stop light "So how much do you love your new Challenger?"

Turns out, she works for the local Dodge dealership hahaha. I had to explain to her that I was in the Camaro
