That's what I was saying above. I ordered a new deck lid with no spoiler and no holes. That way I don't have to spend over $500 filling and repainting. The new lid was only $225 through Morrisons Auto in WI. Great deal! It's already painted SIM to match and has the Chevy logo on it.

Oh YEAH, I HAVE seen it on a burgundy one also....local guy around here. His car is a V6 though...still didnt like it. Thought it might ahve just been the black.

Depends on what one is used to seeing. I've had one since I bought the car (part of the package). Now, whenever my wife, kids, or I see a Camaro without a high wing spoiler, it seems like the car is incomplete.

You must have known someone. I was told by two different shops, cost of materials was around $300, plus the labor. Score on your part though. I like the new lid idea though, no holes, no body work, and no paint matching. My new deck lid will be here tomorrow, I'll post pics when everything is assembled.

Thank for the nice comment. That photo was taken couple of months ago. Photo below is more current with some other changes done.

You should have traded someone with a sliver Camaro that didn't have the spoiler holes.. I have synergy green Camaro took me a month to find someone but he was happy to get a spoiler for free.. Saved me the $500

Not hatin' or anything and as always, it's all up to what you like, but I kind of liked you car better the look it had before. I've just never been a fan of the black wheels, not even on the ZL1. Love the hood, etc, though.
