Thats not the spillover. Did they tell you that when they called the host hotel? The reason I am asking is because I have had this problem with them before and had to correct it. Thanks

The problem is the official Fest Hotels are the Host hotel and then the Wingate. The host hotel is steering others to other hotels in their chain. I have spoken with them about this before and it was supposed to stop. I have signed contracts and MY credit card is holding all of these rooms at both hotels and if we dont have them full by a certain date I personally pay the penalty. Once these two hotels are full we have a contract for a third. You can stay where you want but it defeats the purpose of having block rates and events scheduled at certain hotels.

Hey all, just made my reservations for the wife and I over at the Spillover hotel. The Wingate looks very nice. Can't wait to get there. See you all soon. My wife is coming home from her deployment next month and is really looking forward to it as well.

Put your name on sign up list....

Decide if you will be a driver or spectator for the event....

Decide if you will be staying in hotel or camping. If your signed up (on the sign up thread) and put down here that you want to camp. I add you to that list and your campsite is secure!!!
