I'm with you there Pete...a negligible amount...hardly noteworthy.

.....lesson, don't buy any used ZL1 parts from NY, not that I would anyway if you seen half the stuff I did see over time coming from those boys at the Gun's and Roses chop and sell car shows...but, I must end with saying Holy Flounder Batman!

Some of you asked the same thing I did. No air bag deployment? No. I also never got a stabilitrak light. I was in tour mode. Lessons learned: 1. If you have to drive the Z in even slightly bad weather, drive like a granny. 2. Make sure you have a "New Vehicle Replacement" policy with your insurer, no matter how careful you think you are. 3. If you didn't already know, wear your seatbelt! |

My first post on here! I am glad that you're okay and not injured except the ego. If you want to feel a bit better the same thing happened to a forum member I knew of back when I was on the Cadiallac CTS-V forums. He had a bit more mileage but it happens especially with cold weather and high performance tires.

Glad to hear you're OK. Seat belts are a no-brainer - just this morning we received news that one of my grandson's aunts died after she hit a patch of ice. The car rolled and she was thrown from the vehicle. If she had her seat belt on, she likely would have walked away.
