I do have pictures if someone wants to Post...Nothing Happened but I also ordered a a C7 Night Race Blue Convertible , and it will be coming in only a couple of months--so I do not want to take a Hit on the ZL1 which I will trade in when that arrives.......I assume the sales price will be Invoice if anybody is interested......Harvey

How did you buy it and never have it titled ? I don't think its still considered new if it was purchased is it and you took delivery of it, is it ? I understand 8 miles etc..which really is not more than someone might get at a dealer.I am only asking as i don't understand it ? If i purchased a new car took it home,and only put 8 miles on it and 3 months later wanted to sell it,is it not considered used ? thanks like i said i am asking not in anyway putting down the thread or asking invoice for a purchased vehicle..

The car is being listed as never titled. Which doesn't necessarily mean that it's still considered new. Although used or not, a car with 8 miles would personally still be new to me.
Once the purchase is completed by the original owner, it is a used car. Doesn't matter if it's 8 or 80 miles on it or if it's ever been titled. Legally, you could not title it as a new car unless it is initially purchased from a dealer.
