From the looks of the most recent pics, it looks like those who live in states where a front license plate is require are going to have to put that ugly ass bracket on the front of the car. Why wouldn't GM put an indentation on the front end like on the 2000 Monte Carlo and Vettes.

So in states that don't have that law, they can still have the look that was intended. Why should they have to suffer because we have the law and they don't?

Well on the Mustangs, i think they have 2 bumpers, ones for states that require a front plate, and ones for states that dont. My brothers stnag has an indent on the front bumper for the plate. Im happy GM didnt go that route though, because then i would have an indent with no plate as i told my dealer not to install the front plate

Not only do I have to put that damn thing on there I cannot even put one of those tinted license plater covers over it. Colorado SUCKS

I am going to make a custom license plate frame and the following license plate to hopefully make it look somewhat decent.

Listen...OUR72GTO is working with a supplier on a cool mod for the front lic plate. Its a hidden/retractable one that pulls out at will. It sounds awesome... stay tuned in I'm sure it will be available soon!

Its required in Texas too. But I dont have the bracket installed on my GTO and dont plan on having it on my Camaro.

I've already had the talk with my dealer.

I know you have your car for sale on your sig, but you have no description of what it actually is other than a 2005.

It doesn't look bad with the front license plate, looks fine.

I think it will look ok if you colour match it! But I cant wait to see the mod from OUR72GTO!!

I think it would look good on the side like the first non steel bumper car, the 78.

Well it would block the foglight but still and LS would just be covering an empty hole.
