2009 Firehawk?
I went to SLP's website to check if they are selling the aftermarket parts yet and I came across this...
http://www.slp-firehawk.com/ 0-60 in 4.3 seconds. 1/4 mile in 12.6 seconds??!?! WTF Now this is our REAL competition.

eh not really. Those things are terribly overpriced (as is everything slp does). You cannot compare an essentiall modded G8 to a stock Camaro. I have no doubt they will offer the exact same kit for the Camaro once they can.

Did you catch the over $50K price too? You're getting close to CTS-V pricing now.

I saw it at the Phila. Camaro Event...impressive.
As for "SLP being overpriced"...I don't see that. And based on seeing the Firehawk, their previous involvement in the F-bodies, etc., as well as using some of their products, I've always felt the prices are competitive and their products are first rate. |

For the 50k price they want, I can build an SS that will blow the doors off that thing. Big time. Heck, you give me 40k and I'll build an SS that will blow the doors off that thing.
