Diff / Trans Fluid Changes

I've done 8 - 20min sessions on new trans/diff/engine oil

Had about 2500mi prior to that... Changed the engine oil today while I was putting new pads/resurfaced rotors on... Bleeding the brakes out too with Motul 660... Had a dealer do it when they put on SS lines about 6mo ago

How often is everyone changing their fluids ?

Got two days of track time next week...

For the ZL1, GM recommends diff fluid changes before first event, and every 24 hours of track time. If you did it once already, you are good to go for a bit.

GM doesn't have any recommendations for transmission fluid specifically for the track, but changes from 100k miles to 45k miles for "severe" duty". For tracking, I think most people go above and beyond those recommendations, but at 2500 miles and less than 3 hours of track time, I don't think any of that is urgent, unless you feel something overheated.

I picked the car up used with 4400mi, changed all the fluids... did about 2500mi and the 2 track days...

decided to change the oil while I had it up on jacks, was just curious about the trans and rear
