Best Cleaning Supplies
Some friends are asking me for some cleaning product names that they can buy for me for Christmas for my Camaro. I am wondering what the best products would be (polishes, waxes, towels, etc) for cleaning a black Camaro.

Why do you all like Zaino the best? Also, any suggestions for certain products of theirs?

i have a local place that makes all of my detail supplies but as far as nation wide Griots has some really good stuff.http://www.griotsgarage.com/
this place has everything you will need to clean your car inside and out. also they have things for storage and winterizing your car.

never heard of zaino. meguires is good but to me they arent really professional grade. they have become more commercialized and their products may be good but as far as wax and long term hold up, i dont think they last long. they have really good marketing and labels and they draw attention with the nice cars on the covers of products. but i dont really like their stuff. except for the tire shine.

Zymol is the only thing I use on my black 68.........it keeps swirls to the bare minimum and it's an easy on-off product. I've got friends who've used Zaino and like it for blacks and dark blues as well.
The other good thing to ask for us applicators and towels........only use microfiber and when you wash them, only wash them together......it keeps the nap up and prolongs their life......... Good luck!

As many times as I've seen Zaino mentioned for darker cars I'm considering them for my black SS. Also I've seen some good things about Adam's Polishes. They have alot of good how-to videos on their website too. And the owner says on their forum that "If anything you buy 'spoils' or is less than excellent in quality or results, we will replace it, or refund your purchase 110%, no questions asked", so I might try them out. Have any of you had experience with any of the Adam's Polish products, or you think Zaino would be better?

Well I am leaning towards getting Zaino products. Any specific suggestions for ones I should get? I am a total noob when it comes to cleaning cars, I just have a silver car right now and just go to the car wash once every month or two to get the dust off. I have no idea what I should be getting to keep the car in the best shape possible and looking the best.
