price and dealer installation questions - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I've been searching the threads for a couple of hours and i am now giving up. can somebody chime in and help me out.

first thing... has the price on the 4 pack gauges been released yet? if so, what is the dealer price and installation cost?

second... can the interior trim kit be added to a 1SS? and is this a dealer installation?

Third... can an engine cover color option be added to a 1SS? and is this a dealer installation?

Also, yesterday I learned that i have the first allocation from the dealer i ordered with. my order was pulled on 3/20. i was extremely excited when i found out because all i went in only to find out when they would be getting their V6 for their showroom. they pulled their files and come back to me and say that i was the first order they sent in and it's possible i'll get mine before they get theirs. i'm expecting delivery some time in May. i'm kinda hoping a little later so i can have a bit more time to save money.

if my order has already been pulled, does that mean i can't make anymore changes? not that i'm gonna change anything. i wanted to add those 3 features mentioned above and would have done it on the spot had i not been so excited and distracted by what i was told.

2. Yes and yes.

3. Yes and yes.

Anything that is a dealer installed option you can get after you get your car or you can have your dealer order them as soon as they are available. No need to change your order to put those two items on.

I still can't get over the $6K plus for wheels and tires. Are they even forged?

i swear i've seen a set of wheels that look just like them at discount tire!

there is even a car at work with them ... looks like Konig crown on them...

I have to tell you the discount Scotty is referring to is the real deal. Out of curiosity I checked with my local dealer for several pieces, then checked with Dave. Its a great oppty to save some bucks thru Scotty's guy.
PS I don't know them and I'm not getting any special deal by mentioning it, but if you have any doubts, contact your dealer first and then check with Scotty and Dave.

i went to the dealership today to figure out how i'm going to pay for accessories. i also wanted to check on the 4 pack gauges again. still no price. does anybody have any idea when the price will be released?
