Thanks bud, i have been slacking completely on updating this journal.

I have not had any new mods but i do have a pile growing for my winter project!!

Well it has come to that point where the winter weather is here and the car must go into hibernation. I racked up a total of 3330 miles on the camaro since i bought it in May and loved every mile of it over the summer.

Over the Winter i will be doing some cosmetic changes
The list of mods are in my garage and ready to be painted and then installed.

1-Revolutions Styling SS Hood
2-ACS T3 Ports
3-AAC Afterburner Tail lights
4-Custom modding the lower grille to allow DRLs to fit.
5-AAC 8000k D1S headlight Bulbs
and anything else i think of along the way.

Best thing i got for christmas this year was the auto dollys which i placed under each tire of the camaro to allow me to push the car around during the winter to work on the car.....So easy to move now

The stripe decision is a tough one I think you should put on the stripes and paint them on, but then again I'm biased.

yes I would paint them on too. much better then decals in my opinion. no since in taking short cuts now, car looks great. Either way strips or no strips looks real nice!

Well started off today with attempting to install the AAC Afterburner Tail light rings.

lets just say this is not an easy task, Cutting the damn lens sucks, then trying to get the CCFL to sit steady for a minute is a pain.

took me approximately 1.5-2 hours just to get two of them done.

I will continue this weekend with the other side





Some of these bolts are insane to get too...

had to sand down the edges of this one a bit....the 2nd one came out much better.

The good thing is all of this is hidden by the trim rings

Two of the rings are Normal, the other two, extremely Dim

(UPDATE- Two of the wires didnt meet up correctly, this has been Fixed)

Hmm sorry to see this man. Sucks that you took them all apart and put them back together and this happened.... Next time maybe you should test them before sealing them up just in case! Hope AAC will help you out!

I figured out the problem, the alligator clips on the ccfl are backwards on two compared to the other two rings, so I gotta go get new alligator clips and line them up correctly . I already tested it by shoving the wire in and they all matched. I well easy fix!

Had a very productive day today. Im starting the process for my T3 install and hood.

Ripped the wheel wheels and front bumper off, I also removed the front crush bar cause im going to be cutting out two small sections to make way for the Foglights to be mounted in the lower grille. More pictures to follow as i proceed witht he build.

Looks good man but you are way braver than I am.

I can change all the fluids in the world, race the piss out of it, hack open the computer and tune it to death.......but I can't bring myself to cut open tailights or things like that!

I would love a HUD but I can bring myself to cut up the dash!
