Did you check the whole catback for interference? It can be a little tedious to get everything lined back up like you want it. Also, check your O2 sensors and make sure they're screwed in tight. I had mine back out a couple times and they rattled. You might make sure all 4 of your mani to midpipe bolts are still on there nice and tight.

I'm having the same problem with rattling on passenger side.

Check the tunnel brace, lower control arm in the rear, and the rear diff for at least .25" clearance... That's all i get with my 3". Half inch would be better. Passenger side is tight back there.

And check your sensors! They rattle a little lighter and higher frequency when they back out. The exhaust itself is what i would expect since it's only during turning.

1 hour complete removal/re-install cranking down all the O2 sensors and extenders.
1 hour sounds like it should be right (assuming your o2 sensors come out easy). But on a newer vehicle, you wouldn't think they would be as bad to get out apposed to a 10 year old car with 150k miles on it, but I could be wrong. Someone else posted an install thread and they said it took them about 6 hours which didn't make sense to me. Guess I'll find out Thursday when I install mine! Any other pointers let me know. Already purchased PB blaster and the o2 socket. OH CANT FORGET THE BEER! Lol

You'll be fine. Spray the sensors the day before, then break them loose with the exhaust still hot. I just put my welding gloves on before I roll under the car.

I just wanted to post a quick "Thank You" for this DIY! I was able to get the solo cats that I purchased from another C5 member installed in about 2 hours including a beer break last weekend. Great Stuff,

This may be a stupid question but do you have to disconnect the O2 sensor wire? My HFc's didn't come with directions

Not sure what you mean by the sensor wire. The wire harness is part of the O2 sensor, so it comes out with the sensor. You just have to disconnect the harnesses from the vehicle.

Yeah the harness. That's what I meant.
