depends to where in russia, we have a mustang with f/i application in khabarovsk and he's got no issues

Is that mustang a daily driver even at winters?
I am very concerned about salt building up since turbos are mounted on the bottom.

what about 0-60 times?

i doubt he drives it everyday, especially since it is very common to see temps below 0 F. but the ones in moscow we did, some of those guys daily drive their cars with no problems.
i don't think salt will affect it as much, i'd be more concerned with all potholes and the standing water in them lol. i'd definitely run some filter socks.
