I was in 300 for a good 10 sec or so...At that speed u cover almost 1k in 10sec so have to be a bit cautious. For those who wonder how I did it, here is the procedure... This is applicable mostly in dubai. 1. Know the road that u r going to try the run 2. Try it during early morning when the air temp is low 3. Ur tyre pressure should be 36 psi or above. 4. Switch off ac 5. Use track mode or traction fully off 6. Don't do any burnouts 7. Just nail it through the gears, never hit the limiter 8. Wld get there at 5th reaching redline After u reach 300 don't step on the brake let the car slow down by it self As far as what I've seen this is mostly a one time thing as it takes a while for the car to cool down after the run. Progress slowly rather than attempting it on one go. At 300 u are traveling almost 90m every second so ..... u get my point |

But over here 37 to 40 is the average outside temp so the car will get heat soaked quickly. I'm planning to do a lingenfelter 700 package. Any thoughts on that.... |

yes it is also here the problem... long freeway accelerations shot the temperature so fast up to 250-300... so you everytime have to look and maybe to cooldown.
also up to 25°-30° celcsius you feel the powerloss because of the outside temps. but in dubai that is clearly more extrem i think a cooling upgrade would be nice i also looking for more power with lower pulley and so on. nice to hear good numbers about the ZL1 |

Yes it is.
I have the same username on another car forum. You’re not the first person to ask that question and I always get a chuckle when someone brings this up. Nice to see another Brocket fan on the forum. Chris.
