Angled setup after installing adapters?

After installing H&R 25mm adapters on my camaro i noticed my tires (rears atleast) sit at a bit of a slant now... anything to worry about? anybody have this happen?

Did you cut the un-threaded nubs off the end of the factory lug studs ?

I did not, I've got aftermarket ZL1 wheels that have "cutouts" where the stock lugs can fit in with plenty of space... the wheel/adapter fit up flush.
