where's the chicklet emblem?

So i was reading this rather long but interesting post:

http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...107447&page=11

and someone had stated that on their 2011 Camaro in the front wheel wells you can find a GM emblem that newer Camaros do not have. I looked on my 2010 and I don't see it. Anyone that has this, can you post a pic or chime in to why it may not be on my 2010 but on their 2011?

thanks

Not sure what you are talking about, your link goes to page 11 of that post and says nothing.
Are you talking about the little "chicklet" GM emblem?
They were on early production 2010's.

If your not the original owner then it was probably by them, seems like GM puts those emblems on for the first couple years then stops.....why they do it all is beyond me.

If your car was built after about the first week of September 2009, you won't have them.

I believe your referring to the 'GM Chicklet'. Goggle it to learn all about it.

Yep, just Google "GM Performance emblem" or look it up on eBay.
I attached a pic of my engine, the emblem is just in front of the red catch can. I put it on. I saw some friend's had them at local meets and I liked the look.

This.....they transitioned to no chicklets and Performance Division badging mid September 2009, about the time they started putting backup sensors in (that might have been late August).....I got the badges and the sensors with mine which is #46565 off the line, built mid September 2009.
