To Split or not to Split
My SS in lowered. Not sure how much exactly as I bought it already lowered. I have to take a good angle into my driveway for it not to scrape. I thought having a splitter may help protect the bumper and of course for looks. But won't having a splitter hanging lower just make it worse? I guess I was thinking would be cheaper to replace a splitter than having the bumper redone. Just looking for opinions from people who have added one. I like the SLP one. If I go ahead may get the look-alike on ebay to save $.
Thanks, Mr V |

If you put a splitter on it will make the front end hang lower, and if you're doing it to protect the bumper, the splitter is going to keep taking that beating like you said, but why do that and keep ruining splitters, if I were you I would change out the springs back to stock if you drag that much.

im lowered 1 inch and have the slp and just approach any steep looking stuff at an angle and stop way sooner than I think I should on the parking lot curbs.also I think asc T4 splitter advertises it doesn't lower the ride height.
