well well well. doing some research i see. so this friend of his that has a stock 1le happens to be me. take in consideration my 13.5 was done with 650 miles on the car and still with the shitty break in oil and also NO BURNOUT. LMAO i'll be sure to fill you guys in when i run a full second faster than him

I remember the Hennessey CAI being the only one that lost horsepower in JRE's test but correct me if I'm wrong.

LOL yeah that one probably hurts him more than it helps once heat soak sets in. I would advise to sell it and get a ADM, CAI inc or Vararam. That canned tune cant be helping too much either. Needs a JRE mail order tune or better yet a dyno tune from a good tuner.

my two cents is that you should get rid of that cai as well as that diablo tune. A tune from a shop will do amazing things compared to that handheld tuner. since tunes usually run around 500 i would recommend getting good parts first to maximize the value, like new cai and LT if you can afford them. Once you put those on and tune you'll feel like your driving a different car

If youre getting charge more than 300$ for a CAI/LT tune, youre getting ripped. 500$ is usually the price to tune a camshaft..I'll add that LG CAI, New Era CAI, Halltech CAI are nice too. The best looking one the is the New Era Performance CAI!!
