I checked my car Friday afternoon and my key hole is straight. There is no dimple, it is flat. If your's looks diferent, then someone has messed with it. Here is a picture.

Yah, day messed wit mine. They had a dimple remover to take the dent out that the op was asking about. They also re-aligned mine to straighten it out because it should be twisted up like the op's was.

Thanks HDDAN thats how mine is too. It scared me for a second because I never had paid any attention to it before. Thanks for posting the pic of yours I appreciate it. I figured it was good after I looked at it some more after I made the thread I did lol.
