The Hennessey warranty only applies to the original owner.

What all did you do to go from HPE550 to HPE650? Did they sell you a package or you bought the parts yourself?

I am pretty sure it is transferable as it was through a dealer program which means it was transferred to me through the dealer, I will have to look into that.

Hennessey is only 2-1/2hrs from me...No I took it to them to do the upgrade. If I where to do it myself it would have voided the warranty.
