I'm probably 90% in town and 10% highway. Been seeing consistent 21-22mpg's in town and my highway trips have netted me 31.2mpg's... Only mods are a Flowmaster series 10 axle back(which I love, has a very awesome howl and no rasp). Also have converted over to a set of C5 "Wagon Wheels" with 17's up front and 18's in the rear. Also my car is the 6 speed manual. I town, I usually cruise in 3rd or 4th, always shifting before 3k. This is all running 87 octane, with the occasional 91 tank.

Just drove from Phoenix, AZ to Los Angeles area today, a/c on, using cruise control and staying at the speed limit, DIC reading, also accounting for a few breaks where I left the engine running: 27.1. Speed limit in AZ is 75, in CA it is 70 until you hit population areas. Really strong head winds around Palm Springs, too. 91 octane, IPF S/C, stock tires are 18" BFG, wheels are in my signature.

Not bad for a 400 RWHP car.

Have had car one year and 2 tanks were over 29 MPG and average 27 to 28 MPG summer. My driving consists of close to 90% hwy and 10% city with a 13 mile one way commute all hwy at 60 MPH. I don't consider myself an aggressive driver but then don't drive like grandpa either. I like to get on it for those 0 to 60 MPH runs to get onto the hwy to drive home and I am totally impressed with 27+ MPG. Tank before last was best at 29.3 MPG and last tank I babied and drove like grandpa to try and break the 30 MPG barrier and only managed 27.4 MPG. 110 mile round trip road trip last night and DIC all the way down and all the way back was reading 30.4 and hoping to keep my foot out of it and maybe this is the tank I break 30.

Just drove back from Los Angeles area to Phoenix and had a decent tail wind around Palm Springs this time. DIC showed 29.5 for the return trip. I think it's the best I've ever seen from my car. Included one rip away from a rest stop, too.

I'm around 31mpg @ 60 mph but it drops to 26-27 at those speeds.

Revs mean fuel. On my trip back last night, I was above 30 mpg when in CA where the speed limit is 70. It fell off after I increased to a set 75 in the AZ section of the trip. Just that little bit of extra speed/revs, combined with the added wind resistance was enough to drop the mileage a couple of points.

I see 14-16 in town, maybe pulling up to 20 with some good long stretches with no lights.

I managed to baby it into 27 at 70 on the highway once to see where it would be.

On the tollway driving in upper 70's I seem to clock about 23-24ish.

I have CAI, 2LT/RS 'vert.

2013 1LT RS and have 1100 miles on it in 2 weeks. I see about 22-24 MPG per fill up. I think these rolling hills in SoCal are killing me on gas mileage.

Just filled up a couple days ago and figured the mileage out at 29.4 MPG. First time I think the DIC actually matched the calculator. As much as I tried that tank to keep my foot out of it I did a few too many hard take offs to break that 30 MPG barrier. Gotta love a car like this getting into the 29 range though! Our tiny little town is now selling premium 91 octane at the pump so decided to fill it up with that and see if $.30 a gallon is worth it.

Dean.

I have an automatic.

Great numbers! I get 12mpg. 90% city, 10% highway. Haven't really taken a long trip with a lot of highway miles, but i'm sure it would be higher if I did. Didn't buy it for mpg's though.

I know this is predominately a V6 thread, but I felt like getting in on it.
