No kidding...
That is one thing about these new cars that is so cool. Sure, it's a hell of a lot more weight. But, the overall safety is 100 times better than our old 4th gens. I drove 3 4th Gens for 8 years....and loved them. But, dude..we have side air bags now. Just one of the MANY new things this car has that our old ones did not. Well, I'm sure your foot is going to be fine and you'll be up and running around like nothing once again. When you get that check...add in the PIP check too and go buy yourself a new Z28! PAID for!...well, maybe close, but ....sure as crap you are going to get something for the injury, loss of work, etc. Ultimately, what's most important is that you walk again like normal. In the meantime, sure away on C5! Seriously, I do hope you get better. |

God speed on your recovery, and thank you for showing us first hand what are cars are like under those conditions.

Good God man! I'm glad you're still with us. Must be very disheartening to be stuck and somewhat helpless for the next 3-4 months, but hopefully it won't be too bad. Good thing you were driving the "heavy pig" as some have called it. I can imagine how much more the damage would have been had you been driving the fourth gen!
