Glad you are ok I have seen accidents like that and the driver is really hurt badly or worse but yes the Camaro is heavy but just imagine if you were in Smart Car (Rolling Coffin). Hope that you are back on your feet with a speedy recovery. My mom always telling me things happen for a reason maybe you getting this car was a way for God to save your life cause if you didnt get the Camaro what could of happened

wow! I am glad you are able to tell this tale! My first 2010 Camaro was totalled and looked similar to yours after the accident...(some lady ran a red light and t-boned my car) (I also had a CGM, which looking at your car brings back terrible memories now).
...thanks to the design of this car I walked out, as well as the two other people in the car...completely unharmed. Good luck with the surgery. Hopefully you sue the shit out of that bus company. |

Wow... Glad to hear your OK... Make sure you get every possible extra added to your next SS and have them buy you an extra Camaro just-in-case that bus driver is still out there... Even better have them get you that new Vette Concept

an Angel was watchin over you brother...glad your ok, and i hope the bystanders that pulled you out saw the entire thing from start to finish...it'd be just SAD if the bus union got away with saying they did nada...but buses now have cameras running all the time, so if it was off he's screwed and if it was on he's screwed...either way he's screwed, your alive and you get a new car
here's to a speedy recovery

Glad to see you are OK. That is the big advantage to the 5th gen is the safety. I drove 3rd and 4th gens for a long time and always worried about getting hit. Good luck on monday and hope you have a speedy recovery.

Insane, glad you came out of that in relatively good shape. That would have been death in a lot of cars. Camaro to the rescue.
