Emissions in Colorado

So I am looking to move from Texas. I was looking to move back to Washington State but there is a possible job opportunity in Aurora, CO that I want to apply for. How strict is the emissions texting in CO. I have a 2012 SS with LS3 conversion, head and valve work, GT9 cam, LT headers w/o cats, Maggie Supercharger, Flowmaster American Thunder exhaust. I know I'll need to add cats but with the other mods would it be able to pass emissions there. I also know that it doesn't need to be smogged now since its a new vehicle but if we make CO home I don't want it to end up being an issue. Thanks for the help.
