Curious to see if anyone would be open to an early evening cruise around the outerbelt of Indianapolis one evening before you all head back to the hotel or wherever? I-465 goes all the way around Indianapolis...4 lanes...would be cool to get some shots of cars on the highway and etc.

Anyone interested?

I'm in if free. I believe Tag is working on cruise for fest. No details have been released yet.

A cruise is being worked on. One slight problem is that, given the expected number of cars we could easily have a line of cars extending for well over a mile (even if we use multiple lanes). And, while epic, it would cause a few traffic problems for the city of Indianapolis. So for the time being, we aren't going to promise a full out organized cruise until we know we can deliver it. When we have something definitive, we will let you folks know.

Ok cool....465 is HUGE, and they just did a MAJOR widening project on almost all of it, a mile wouldnt cause any trouble on 465.

When I was a memeber of a mustang forum we had a cruise almost that long....keep us posted!

I would be content with a lap on Indy & Gasoline Alley. Want epic? Get a photo of all these cars 5 wide all the way down the front stretch! That would be huge for Chevrolet, C5, & Indy. Just a suggestion.

Thats not far fetched..just happened this past year at Camaro Day at the Brickyard 400.

Now that would be a Blast !!! Love to have a picture of my car on the track or just the group going around the track .

It would be a once in a life time event for me to drive on the Bricks !!!
