Info request: "Boston Premium Audio" Sticker on speaker grille.

Hello everyone,

Weird request here, but I'm wondering if someone with the Boston Premium Package would be able to measure and give me precise dimensions and/or a close-up photo of the sticker on your door speaker grilles? I'm having some custom metal decals created for my build, and need to know the measurements before I place my order. Thanks in advance!

So much trouble for such a little (maybe insignificant) project, I know

This is actually not a sticker. It is a plaque with prongs on the back that stick through the speaker grill and bend over slightly to hold it in place. Kinda ghetto, but it is what it is...2010 SS

If i were you i would have someone cnc sonething out of billet aluminum. Then remove the boston ones and glue the new ones on. Hot glue gun usually holds well on platic panels. Ive found with some custom stereo builds ive done. And is easier to remove than other adhesives.

Thanks for the responses so far, guys. The 'decals" that I'm having made are in fact more like little plaques than stickers, and the text/logos will be laser-etched into a brushed metal substrate, and then colored accordingly.

How it mounts isn't really what I'm concerned with though, it's simply the size of the OE plaque that I'm after I noticed that my non-BA system actually has indentations for the BA plaques on the grilles, but they seem to be much wider than the photos I've seen, as if they're an oval that runs from the center all the way to the outer edge of the grille.

(Also, I don't have the BA system, or I'd measure it myself, as I'm sure I could find a couple tape measures, slide rules, machinist's rules or rulers somewhere in my 3 roll-away tool boxes.)

Ill try to measure this weekend for you. The indentations do match the size of them. I replaced mine as well

I know this might not be any help but here's what I did. I removed mine with a flat head and its held on like a previous member said. And I superglued this one on.

Looks good! I plan on having a set custom made to fit where the BA badge was, but I think I'm going to make it extend to the edge of the grille, gotta do a test fit first.
