10-13 rear bow tie question.

Bought real carbon fiber bow ties. I see an arrow On the inside of the rear bow tie but there's a tiny blemish on the bezel of the end the arrow points to. Question for 10-13 guys and gals. I know the front fits one way only, but is there a difference in the curvature of the rear? Will it fit with either side up? Thanks.

Sorry it's not an answer, but where did you get the CF bowties? I have been looking for months but only randomly find custom made ones

I don't believe it matters on the rear, in looking at mine (2013), it looks flat. That being said, I would 'dry' fit it first to make sure it sits flush.

I bought an OEM one to re-install after debadging and it had an arrow on it, so I'm guessing yes. Also, I had a black insert that had painted CF to go in it and it would only fit one way. You may have to find someone with a Camaro to compare yours to.

If you haven't taken the old one off. Just compare the new one to the old one. The front one only goes in one way match the back one up with the front one. But there shouldn't be a differance.

Sorry dude, should have warned you about that...I outlined my old with some removable marker before I took it off. Its really hard to tell, but there is a difference. I also suggest comparison. Good luck.

Thanks guys. My old one's still on, the car's put away, covered up for the winter so I'll tape off the rear, dry fit to make sure when it warms up a bit.

Had some sunshine today. I swapped out the emblems. Works fine either way, sits nice and flat even going against the arrow.

I hope it was at least 60 degrees out or you warmed up the spot where the new emblem is going to be put on. And cleaned up all the old glue off with Goo Gone then with a alcohol pad.

All of the above sir. I worked at a collision shop for three years while I was in school. Very familiar with the process. All good points though for people to keep in mind.
