Steering wheel vibration

Lowered and have sway bars and when first taking off I have a slight vibration in steering wheel it seems to go away once driving a bity. Could it be the tires from spinning them and not wearing equally?

If you haven't aligned it yet it could be the tires are just not straight and kind of binding. You also need to re-time all your bushings

Chevrolet has a bulletin out about road force balancing. some Performance tires may need to be driven until they are warm up and smooth out.

But as mentioned, you should have the vehicle aligned after lowering. when doing so, the bushings that allow vertical movement like all control arm bushings, should be loosened up and then retightened with the wheels on the ground. this will reduce the OE bushings for adding spring rate
