interesting that there are none here in orlando yet.... cant wait to see one for the first time here.

also, i noticed that there is one at Dimmit Chevrolet in Clearwater, FL. thats cool cause thats where i bought my previous Camaro!! maybe ill buy my next one there eventually as well!

There's one about 30 miles from me, gonna call them in the afternoon and see if its still there and take a road trip if it is.

It's a shame (for me) that the one closest to me (the Rally Yellow 2SS near Miami) was a pre-ordered car, or else I'd go drive up to see it when it's delivered. It's probably gonna be claimed the moment it unloads.

So, to clarify, are these pre-ordered cars, the dealer show cars, or a mixture? I see one near me (Rick Hendrick Chevy), but I was hoping to know whether it's one that people will be able to check out and sit in or if it's already been claimed.

Thanks for all the props. I wanted to see it all for myself and figured everyone else might as well. And once I got the database built, extending it for this wasn't too much extra work.

It won't be there. Fbodfather said none of the cars have shipped yet (although other people are reporting "shipped" statuses for their cars). Either way, none have made it to dealers yet.

All of these *should* be customer sold orders. However, once GM starts tagging the v6 one-per-dealer lot cars those should show up here as well. This will show all cars being sold by dealers but right now they should all be sold SS preorders.

Please check out the VIN tracking thread for more information. If you are looking for specifics on a certain car or dealer, the best way is to utilize the database or Excel workbook that's posted in that thread.
