yeah i always promised i wouldnt make one of these threads but last night (between 4pm yesterday and 2pm this afternoon) i went to 3300!!

its so nice to start moving, i ordered mid November (order didnt officially go in till after thanksgiving), and at that point there were 8000 orders.. right now 12000 cars have been made.

for those of you that still havent gotten your orders pulled keep the faith!!

oh thanks NUCAR!

now i just have to hope to have it before july 4th :fingers crossed:

Congrats! Shoot I went to 3000 on 5/5 and I am still there. I do not understand how this process works. You ordered 6 days before me and I am glad you are getting yours b4 me. The orders behind me getting theirs b4 me

i have no idea how the system works, apparently im also ahead of a couple of other people at my dealership (though they were all V8s), but someone else with me also went 3300??

the system is jsut totally messed up. the way i figure it, 3000 is a big pool of orders, then a machine goes through and decides "well i havent built this configuration in a while ill take one from that pile" so then 1 2SS victory red with sunroof goes into the system while the 2SS victory red without the sunroof continues to wait. that is the only way i can figure out why some people are at 3000 for a day and others a month plus.

of course it could also take me 2 weeks to hit 3400 and you could be at 3300 on monday and 3400 by Wednesday.

If you have a TPW, is that 3000 or 3300?

Supposedly, they are no longer giving dealers TPW's, but some peoples dealers are still giving them.?.?.?

I WENT 3400 yesterday!!!!

meaning it took 2 buisness days to go from 3300 to 3400... how long does it usually take to get built 4/5 days??

i was told i went 3300 yesterday i dont know if it happened between thursday and yesterday. but i called the chevy number and they told me my tpw was june 8th which is next week. i am taking that with a million grains of salt.
