You are correct sir! Maryland speed. I don't have one yet but by all accounts they have the lowest price. I think about $17 cheaper than from Vararam directly. I believe in another thread you just get the Vararam Intake, filter and hardware but from Vararam you also get a bottle of cleaner.

I wouldn't be so sure. Vararam systems are being added to our website as I type this.

A lot of word about the Vararam lately... did they fix all the kinks in their system? A few months ago I coulda sworn that their intake was frowned upon.

I've had mine for 2200 miles (1.5 months) it's the updated version, no tune version and zero troubles.

Alright man...so when you get it do I have first dibs on the K&N. I mean I might have to drive a long 10 miles to come pick it up, but cash always talks

I have seen that the Vararam does compliment a cam very nicely!!!

Two different systems, one NEEDS a tune to run properly, the other does not, but it can still be tuned for a slight improvement, if you wish.

Short answer is an emphatic YES. I was an early adopter and had some minor surging issues with the original unit..they sent me the revised unit at no charge and it required no visit to the shop for any adjustments and the unit works flawlessly.

Mine is the "no tune" version and the engine hasn't been tuned.
