People, the question about using the Camaro for homecoming was from 2011.

For you Rip Van Winkle types, that was three calendar years ago.

We have progressed through that past to the present, and the homecoming has come and gone.

The woman and man involved are married now.

Quoted because hopefully it's that much more likely to be seen.

Also. I really can't believe this thread is still going. lol Too many people read the title only, and then post.

Old thread, but in 2000 my cousin let me use his 99 WS6 TA for my homecoming. My date loved it, and I was so scared of breaking the car that I brought it back early, haha.

It was so cool of him, and I'll never forget it.

Wow, your kids must hate most of you....Let her use it, if the owner is so particular about the car, she knows it too and I doubt she would do anything to let it get hurt. If she has a history of bad grades and trouble, then no but if she is a straight a/b student with no issues, do something for her that she will remember forever.

My boyfriend and I have a homecoming at school which is almost like a prom and we have been asking him to negotiate with us to get to use the car. My dad told me to post a thread about this "just for fun" but I think that if enough people think it would be okay to take the car for just this one night he might just change his mind and agree to it. So, people if you read this please say that you think it is a good idea!
Thank you for all your help!
