It's not a drug bust.
When you watch the vid pay attention to when one officer pulls out the guys wallet and a piece of paper and lays them on the hood. The guy was stopped because he robbed a bank earlier that day and they managed to get his tag number. Supposedly the paper he ate was the note he gave the teller when he robbed the bank. |
