Best way to increase Torque

Pushing 549 rwhp / 488 trq. I want to increase my torque, I feel like it should be in the fives. What's the best way??
Or should I be happy with this number?

Gears...although is does not show a torque increase on the dyno (actually a marginal decrease) you will hit the power band faster. Keep in mind that if you plan on going FI in the future, smaller gears might not work well with that application.

I'd check with your tuner before you make any decisions. I agree, I think your torque should be higher. With a Maggie and basic bolt ons im at 539/508 on a mustang dyno that's pretty stingy. A good tuner will be able to see what you need.

Unless you have massive suspension and drivetrain mods, you should be happy with that number.

It is multi faced, partly the tune and and the set up.

As I recall your running an out of the box Paxton kit on an LS3.

You will need to upgrade your Fuel pump and fuel pump module first.

Then you can add the JRE Vortech/Paxton Upgrade package and update the tune.

this will put you closer to 600 RWHP and 550 RWTQ.

Below you will find the dyno sheet of the Vortech Box tune VS. the JRE tune you can see we made significant gains with Just tuning.

Then below that you will find the JRE Vortech/Paxton Upgrade and tune dyno graph.

I have the zl1 pump and adm FPCM. So your saying it's basically the tune.
